• Rates are based on a daily rate (5 day minimum hire)
• Rates are based on a twin share basis (add $15 per day per person)

• 50% at time of booking, balance at time of pickup

CHEQUES:

• Company and personal cheques will not be accepted as payment for rentals on pickup - a minimum of 14 days is required.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

• A payment of $1500 as security deposit is payable on pickup, and is fully refundable provided the
  vehicle is returned undamaged.
• If the vehicle is damaged and is off the road all repair costs plus $110 per day will be deducted from the security deposit to cover any loss of rental.
• Any security depost remaining will be refunded by cheque within 14 days.

CLEANING:

• A fee of $175 is deducted from the security deposit to cover the cost of cleaning if the vehicle is returned in an unacceptable condition.

CANCELLATION FEE:

• Up to 60 days prior to pick up - 5% of deposit
• From 59 - 30 days prior to pick up - 25% of deposit
• From 29 - 7 days prior to pick up - 50% of deposit
• Within 6 days prior or No-show - 100% of deposit
• For early return - No refund

INSURANCE:

• Excess $1500

DRIVERS LICENCE:

• A valid Australian Drivers Licence with at least one full year on Class A is required by all who intend to drive.

AGE RESTRICTIONS:

• Minimum age is 25 years
• Maximum age is 75 years

ROAD RESTRICTIONS:

• Vehicles are only permitted on sealed roads.

LP GAS:

• The renter is not required to refill prior to return.

FUEL:

• The motorhome is to be refilled prior to delivery at the renters expense.

TOILET:

• The toilet is to be emptied and rinsed prior to return, a fee of $75 is payable for failure.

ANIMALS:

• No pets permitted, guide dogs are excluded.

BREAKDOWN:

• A substitute motorhome will be provided if one is available.
• If not, we will refund the remaining hire charge.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE:

• All vehicles are covered with a 24hour roadside assistance (renter may be charged if at fault)

REPAIRS:

• Repairs up to $100 without authorisation may be carried out and be reimbursed to the renter, provided the renter was not at fault.
• A written receipt is required.
• Larger repairs will need approval in advance.

COOKING:

• No cooking of fish inside the vehicle.

SMOKING:

• Strictly no smoking inside the vehicle.
